内容简介

为了进一步提高江苏省住宅工程质量水平,规范住宅工程质量通病防治工作,促进住宅产业稳步健康发展,根据省住房和城乡建设厅《关于印发<2013 年度江苏省工程建设标准和标准设计编制、修订计划)的通知》(苏建科[2013] 586 号)精神,江苏省建设工程质量监督总站组织人员深人调查研究,特别对建筑节能、成品住宅装饰装修、智能建筑方面的通病控制进行了深人的调查研究,总结实践经验,广泛征求意见,遵循科学性、实用性和可操作性的原则,对《住宅工程质量通病控制标准》DGJ32/J 16-2005 进行了修编。

本标准共16 章,主要技术内容包括:1 总则;2 术语;3 基本规定;4 地基基础工程;5 地下防水工程;6 砌体结构工程;7混凝土结构工程;8 楼地面工程;9 装饰装修工程;10 屋面工程;11 给排水及采暖工程;12 建筑电气工程;13 智能建筑工程;14 建筑节能工程;15 质量通病控制的验收;附录A、附录B.

1.0.1 为提高住宅工程质量水平,控制住宅工程质量通病,制定本标准。

1.0.2 本标准适用于江苏省住宅工程质量通病的控制,其他工程质盘通病的控制可参照本标准的规定执行.

1.0.3 住宅工程质量通病的控制方法、措施和要求除执行本标准外,还应执行国家、江苏省现行相关工程建设标准。
