二、执行2008《海南省装饰装修工程综合定额》的装修装饰工程人工单价，由现行的最低限价86元/工日调整至95元工日。

2.执行2018年1月1日及之后颁布的定额计价的建筑工程，人工单价由115元/工日调整为122.53元/工日。

一、2017 年以后印发的海南省建筑、安装、市政、园林绿化、装配式、综合管廊、绿色建筑、防护密闭等工程综合定额，其建筑工人定额人工单价由现行的122. 53 元／工日调至 135 元／工日。
二、2015 年印发的《 海南省装饰 装修工程综合定 额》， 其定额人工费乘以系数 1. 27计算。

4月1日起xycost.com琼建规〔2022]3号
一、执行2017年以后发布的我省建筑、安装、市政、园林绿化、装配式、综合管廊、绿色建筑和施工机械台班费用单价等综合定额的工程项目，其定额人工单价调至145元/工日。
二、仍在执行2017年之前发布定额的工程项目,各专业工程定额人工单价可参考本次调整幅度进行调整。
